What materials do you use for your jewellery?
We lovingly craft our jewellery from 925 sterling silver, thickly plated with 18-karat gold for a truly luxurious finish. When it comes to our pearl collection, we carefully select only freshwater pearls, ensuring each piece beautifully showcases the natural charm of these exquisite gems.
Is your jewellery waterproof?
To keep your jewellery looking its best, we recommend taking it off before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping. It's also a good idea to remove your jewellery before applying lotion or perfume. This little extra care will help preserve its beauty and shine for as long as possible.
Does your jewellery tarnish?
Since our jewellery is made from 925 sterling silver and 18k gold plated, it may naturally develop some tarnish over time, as these precious metals are more delicate than stainless steel.
But don’t worry—tarnish only affects the surface and can be easily polished away. We include a soft polishing cloth as a free gift with every order, so you can effortlessly restore your jewellery's shine.
To keep your pieces protected when you’re not wearing them or while traveling, we also provide a complimentary cotton and linen pouch. Simply store your jewellery in this pouch to keep it safe and looking its best.
And to help prevent tarnishing, please avoid contact with chlorine and bleach. We’re here to support you in keeping your jewellery beautiful!
Do you offer free shipping?
Absolutely! We’re happy to offer free, secure standard worldwide shipping on all orders over €50 (after discounts). And don’t worry—we also cover all import taxes and duties, so you can shop with confidence and enjoy a completely hassle-free experience.
For orders €50 or less, we offer affordable rates with secure delivery:

Will I be charged taxes and duties?
Not at all! We take care of all the import taxes and duties for you, so you can enjoy a stress-free shopping experience. Just focus on finding the perfect piece, and we'll handle the rest!
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want your experience at Avasolle to be as delightful as our jewellery. That’s why we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return or exchange the unused item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

How much would return shipping cost?
For returns due to incorrect or defective items, we cover the shipping cost. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked service and marking the package as “return shipment to origin” to avoid customs delays. We appreciate your understanding.
What type of payment do you accept?

Can I cancel my order?
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, so cancellations may not be immediate.
If you need to cancel, please email us at customercare@avasolle.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Be sure to include the name, email address, and order number associated with the purchase. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Can I make changes to my order?
We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, so we may not always be able to make changes right away.
However, if you need to update your items or delivery details, please email us at customercare@avasolle.com within 12 hours of placing your order. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, our support team will do their best to assist you.
How can I track my order?
Your jewellery will be packed and shipped within 2 to 3 working days. Once it’s on its way, we’ll email you a Tracking Number so you can follow its journey. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your junk folder. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way!
What should I do if my order is missing, incorrect, or defective?
