Delays

Incorrect Address
Please take a moment to confirm the shipping address before completing checkout. If a correction is needed after the order has been placed but before it has been dispatched, please email customercare@avasolle.com as soon as possible and the team will do its best to update the details in time.
Once an order has been dispatched, the address cannot be amended. In that case, Avasolle is unfortunately unable to take responsibility for parcels lost, returned, or uncollected as a result of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt.
